LOCAL PICKUP:

We are based in North Ryde, NSW, Australia. If you would prefer to pick up your order please contact us before submitting your order. Then we can arrange a time for you to collect your parcel.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

$10.50 - Parcel Post (2-5 business days/tracking) (orders under 500g)

$14.50 - Parcel Post (2-5 business days/tracking) (orders between 501g - 1kg)

$14.00 - Express Post (next business day/tracking) (orders up to 500g)

$19.00 - Express Post (next business day/tracking) (orders up to 501g - 1kg)

NOTE: **Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout**

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:

We currently ship to NZ, USA, CAN, NETHERLANDS, JAPAN, FRANCE, PHILLIPINES, SINGAPORE, PERU

PRODUCT RETURNS:

• All custom and sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Items may not be returned for change of mind.
• Items may only be returned if faulty or damaged within 30 days. Not due to accidental breakage by customer.
• Items must be returned within 30 days to receive a store credit or refund (depending on circumstances)
• Any returned items must be in original packing, backing cards and unworn.
• All postage costs are non refundable.
